- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆As far as your Apple Pies go - scrummy! Only been introduced to Maughans Bakery over the past 6 months via husband who calls in for a sandwich or two. He bought a pie for a teatime treat as our granddaughters were visiting and they love them! Several more have been bought since! I brought three pies in to work today and they got a full 5 stars for the pastry, flavour and the fact that the pies are just so full of chunky apple and not just a thin layer! So many other apple pies are such a let down, but these are excellent!By Admin, December 01, 2020
